As of 2018, he has been advising the world’s top investment management, hedge funds and private equity funds, such as Goldman Sachs, Fidelity National, Coronation Fund, Kensico, Sequoia, Blue Harbor, Carlson Capital, Cytadel, Strycker View, Lakewood, Scopia, Cowbird,Surveyor, Hudson Bay, Empyrean, Palestra, Tiger Global, Malkin Capital and also the world’s top management advisories, such as McKinsey, BCG and Capital Group Research.
During his carrier he has held various CFO and Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Director positions in the UK, US, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Thailand, Philippines, Hungary and Romania with Private Equity(PE) portfolio companies and Blue Chip Multinationals, such as General Electric, Novartis and Philip Morris International, where he executed exit sales, acquisitions with a combined value of over 10 billion Euros.
He has extensive experience as CFO in the Fintech sector having served as the Division CFO and for the Electronic Funds Transfer Division of the NASDAQ traded Euronet Worldwide, where he launched a Pan-European Point-Of-Sale (POS) payment acquiring business and led market entry into Denmark, Portugal, UK and France. He also served as the Division CFO Merchant Services for NETS A/S in Copenhagen, Europe’s leading Private Equity (Hellman & Friedman P/E portfolio company) owned payment service provider, and prepared its public listing on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
His latest role was Group Chief Financial Officer at the Duke Street Private Equity Fund owned Kent-Athlone Pharmaceuticals Group in the UK and Ireland, prior to which he was Corporate CFO and Board Member of the Mid-Europa Private Equity owned/publicly traded Invitel Group, where he led a restructuring, refinancing, carve-out and 202 mEUR exit sale of Central Europe’s leading Telecom, IT and Software Services Group of Companies.
